I have been coming back here with my parents for a number of years. The service is always very friendly. The food is just delicious. As a vegetarian you will also find a lot of choice. The vegetarian mini spring rolls are an absolute must. It is also very comfortably furnished. One of my favorite restaurants.

Good Thai restaurant with a great variety and good service. The food was tasty and fresh. With the meat dishes you can choose between beef, pork, chicken and duck. But there are also fish and vegetarian dishes. The service is great, the situation is completely under control. Only the location could be better, but when the weather is good you can just think of Thailand, and then it fits again.

Super delicious food, could come directly from Thailand. For dessert even Thai fruits in stock. The only complaint would be the long wait for the food, but worth the wait. I would definitely go again.

Thai dream come true. I would love to give them 7stars with all the overhyped reviews in this area. Probably the best Pad Thai I had outside of Thailand. Many authentic dishes (please add mango sticky rice :D), generous portions, super friendly service. Family run. Don't even bother trying any other Asian food in a 20km radius. Go for duck or chicken, the beef was a bit tough. The interior design is very thoughtful and beautiful. I was able to taste many dishes as we came with four people. For a starter, a main, desert, soda and coffee I paid €25.

As an overweight American man Germany has been pretty terrible at helping me indulge. So it came to my surprise when I went to Amthaisong to enjoy a meal. First: The place is beautifully kept inside. Second: Had it not been for Google translate, I’d be in a lot of trouble in Germany. Thankfully the wait staff speaks REALLY good English. The wait staff understood everything I said and I understood everything they said. All in all I enjoyed the employees. Third: The food, I don’t know if the English language vocabulary has a better word than amazing. I tried looking up something in German and didn’t understand anything I saw there, so let’s move along. I ordered 2 dishes, the Chicken Satay and a fried beef dish. Let’s start with the chicken satay. It was THE best satay I’ve tasted in a NON Asian country. It was so flavorful and perfectly cooked. There was no way to describe it other than perfection. It also came with a satay sauce, usually in the US it is a bottle peanut sauce or something that tastes more like jif and sriracha mixed together. Not this one. OMG that sauce was so good; I could eat the sauce with some rice all by itself. Just incredible. Now the beef fry dish, it was extremely extremely flavorful. I thought I had a stroke cause I could not process the flavors but dang it was so good. I took off 1 star (.5 for each issue). It was supposed to be level 3/5 spicy, it wasn’t. It barely had a sting to it. The second issue was that the beef was cooked to oblivion. It was a VERY VERY well done piece of beef, so that I’d say was a minus to the dish. Outside of these two complaints I highly recommended this place to anyone who wants a flavorful meal.

Very very good food. There is nothing comparable in the vicinity. The food is not adapted to the German palate, which I think is very good! Attention: sharp means really sharp! The staff is also very friendly and takes great care of one! By the way, in the summer you can also sit outside. We will come again and again!

Very tasty and authentic looking Thai cuisine. Motto: the more 🌶 are shown in a dish, the better 😂 The atmosphere in the commercial area is a bit rustic, but you shouldn't let that put you off.

For sure one of the most authentic Thai restaurants in Germany. Be aware, hot & spicy means hot & spicy. Green mussels highly recommended.

Authentic Thai! The food is awesome and not expensive. It's a small place, and it always seems to be packed. The service is a little slow, but it's totally worth the wait. If you come with small kids, bring entertainment for them or the wait for the food will drive you all insane.
